Responsible for the review and approval of shipping orders, validation, and updating of transaction details.
Creating shipment plans and ensuring the standard operating procedures are completely followed.
End to end process of import and export process of air and ocean shipment.
Encode the Bill of Lading, Airway Bill of Lading and Master AWB and BL of the shipment via Logis system.
Update CLS and send LOT to the destination.
Update timestamps for Air and Ocean shipments.
Answer query and questions of client via email.
Prepares import documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Verifies that invoices and packing list are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, volume, value of materials/goods, country of origin and other regulatory requirements.
