•Accountable for 3 branches of Triumph Lingerie and reliably monitors the sales, staff KPI’s & operates a methods to improve store performance. Regularly communicates with the Operations Manager & the Brand Team to discuss strengths, opportunities and trends in business.

•Responsible for the store on behalf of the Branch Manager and consistently monitors the sales, staff performance & utilizes company tools to develop action plans to improve performance. Forecasts/reforecast business, focusing on productivity to meet sales goals.

Execute Sales from a driven target & reports straight to Key Account Executives. Monitors the sales team/promoter’s KPI & monthly sell-out by tracking data & information from designated Carrefour branches/outlets
