•Accountable for 3 branches of Triumph Lingerie and reliably monitors the sales, staff KPI’s & operates a methods to improve store performance. Regularly communicates with the Operations Manager & the Brand Team to discuss strengths, opportunities and trends in business.

•Responsible for the store on behalf of the Branch Manager and consistently monitors the sales, staff performance & utilizes company tools to develop action plans to improve performance. Forecasts/reforecast business, focusing on productivity to meet sales goals.

•Works with Carrefour which is one of the largest hypermarket in the world and in the Middle East that have a dedicated beauty sales counter, branding, promotional stands and category section product. Execute Sales from a driven target & reports straight to Key Account Executives. Monitors the sales team/promoter’s KPI & monthly sell-out by tracking data & information from designated Carrefour branches/outlets

•Started as Sales Representative & promoted to sales supervisor in less than a year handling 12 Brand Ambassadors /Promoters.

Retail Group Gulf- Actively assists deals & attends the needs of customer in a retail environment. Simultaneously in-charge of the cash desk, fitting room & visual merchandising of fashion accessories & garments.
