- Setup for Rig Direct® project for supporting zero inventory and implementing net invoicing (Optimize operation cost in rig and simplify OCTG tubular movement)
- Develop Integrated IT Inventory System in Bonded Zone Area interfaced Customs system
- Responsible for Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Facility & Service Procurement job area.
- Coordination with Project Manager due to in inbound-outbound, contract & bidding management and expediting shipping document.
- Managing Contract & Tender/Bidding Management for Facility and MRO, budget and expense allocation, transportation and others data storage.

- Supervising Import and procurement process of material and merchandises, Customs Clearance process in port loading/unloading and master list preparation, government regulation control, controlling budgeting tax & Expense, and Supplier Management.
- Contract & Bidding Management, Monitoring freight & handling and (shipping & transportation cost and contract/procurement).
- Perform evaluation and prepare recommendation on the selected appropriate bidder list of the required services / commodity.
