* Responsibility for managing a team of 25 employees stationed over 4 different warehouses.

* Supervise inventory transfer/stock sharing between Company Barges and Vessels for better stock
utilization and reducing the purchase.

* Analyse consumption patterns and suggest improvement to reduce consumption.
* Evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to material that can be used and
suggest the best method of disposal in case of a write-off.
* Manage audits to ensure inventory compliance within the main warehouse and other offshore stores.

making on future collaborations.
