• The overall objective of the IFMIS is to strengthen the accounting and budgeting
functions within Government. The implementation of the IFMIS includes developing and
improving business processes to achieve international best practices in public financial
management (PFM)
• Technical assistance to complement the skill and capacity of the Government Technical
Team involved in the IFMIS implementation and to complete system requirements
specifications in respect of the business processes required.

Focus is on complex business outcomes and technical aspects, in line with the business strategy.
Responsible for the leading, managing and deploying process change programs locally and across Barclays Africa. This includes, but not limited to, collaborating with Exco and Manco on the strategic intent of Barclays Franchises and Business Units, aligning the architectural landscape for benchmarked practices thus ensuring effective and efficient business value streams, optimal integration of processes, people and technology by interactively analysing, researching, designing, recommending and implementing innovative and cost efficient business processes within RBB Operations and across Barclays Africa.
Manage the Business analysis function, business process mapping and the facilitation of workshops, as well as organisational frameworks & workforce strategy, business presentations, results driven through the use of the standard tools, methodologies and with the focus on best practices, for Liquidity Management, Benchmarking with the latest BPMN & BPM methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and TOGAF, working and enhancing the ARIS and other toolset.
Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements. Work as a team member along with the Engagement Manager, Developer and Technical Architect to deliver the complete solution for the customer.

Responsible for business process modelling in the procurement environment. Analytical and business process mapping aligning the architecture back to business strategy and working knowledge of process and sub-process workflows.
Carry out business analysis and process mapping for and facilitating workshops, presenting to the business, mapping processes and presenting result through the use of the ARIS tool set and similar process mapping tool such as MS Visio, the documentation, training and implementation. Investigate the current business environment to identify the relevant business processes and current business & management initiatives for the Basel II implementation, providing governance processes and a target operating model according to Basel II & SOX compliance.
