• The overall objective of the IFMIS is to strengthen the accounting and budgeting
functions within Government. The implementation of the IFMIS includes developing and
improving business processes to achieve international best practices in public financial
management (PFM)

Responsible for the leading, managing and deploying process change programs locally and across Barclays Africa. This includes, but not limited to, collaborating with Exco and Manco on the strategic intent of Barclays Franchises and Business Units, aligning the architectural landscape for benchmarked practices thus ensuring effective and efficient business value streams, optimal integration of processes, people and technology by interactively analysing, researching, designing, recommending and implementing innovative and cost efficient business processes within RBB Operations and across Barclays Africa.
Manage the Business analysis function, business process mapping and the facilitation of workshops, as well as organisational frameworks & workforce strategy, business presentations, results driven through the use of the standard tools, methodologies and with the focus on best practices, for Liquidity Management, Benchmarking with the latest BPMN & BPM methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and TOGAF, working and enhancing the ARIS and other toolset.
