The civil work Project is to build inside the nuclear site, a local crisis center for managing the risks in case to natural disaster. Amount of project around 30 M€.
• Responsible to provide assurance leadership and interface with EDF Project Organization
• Ensure the application of EDF QA requirements to all areas of the project. (EDF Referential NT 85114 & arrêté INB)
• Safety supervision for all trade works (200 workers),
• Meetings with new staff or workers,
• Monitoring (water and soil sampling, reports, control of discharge

Fulfill all QA functions of his responsibility on the project, planned and participated in quality assessments and audit.
Coordinate with the civil and mechanical Partners for the quality performances’ as specified into the Consortium project and Quality Plan.
Define and setting-up the final documentation system for Civil Work activities as per contract requirements'.
Ensure that the technical specifications and the Quality Plan requirements’ are applied by technical service.

• In charge of QA/QC system development according to ISO 9001 : 2000 standard for the activities of project, management and works
• Ensure the implementation of the nuclear safety requirements during the construction phases of project.

Responsibly: Relations with contractors
• Hold pre-construction meeting with all Contractors and major suppliers to familiarize with the QES Plan. (Kick-off meeting)
• Approve contractor QHSE plan (including contractor control plan).
• Coordinate Contractor(s) training of project manager staff.
• Schedule the Preparatory Coordination Meetings with the QA Director of project manager.
• Lead regular QSE meetings and follow up actions and progress on prevention problems.
• Audit contractor QSE System effectiveness with help of contractor QSE representatives
• Support and stimulate contractor QHSE representatives in their missions and work (based on ISO 9001 coverage), lead them to implement the control plan, to use QSE prevention tools and QSE indicators, to Identify contributors to weak performance and measure progress.
• Give support to assess contractor performance in relations with the customer.
• Ensure main interface with the contractor for QHSE issues (base ISO 9000 v 2000).
• Promote and support the QHSE mind set initiative like “QHSE award ceremony”
Relations with Customer:
• Give real-time information on non-conformity issues found and document until correction.
• Give support to a Customer Quality initiative (meeting, audit, inquiry..)
• Give prompt answer to Customer claim (using 8D’s model). .
• Regularly check that Customers get correct information.

- Coordinates QHSE actions relating to the management of Project définition, and reviews requests issued by the Company (Electricity HV/ LV- climatic engineering - automatism regulation)
• Setting-up the Risk Quality Management system through the FMEA method that reduced the non-quality cost’ due to the non-conformances on project.
Responsibilities:
• Quality improvement: Reduction in 8 month of 82 % customers claims a site of ST Microelectronics.
• Develop a site specific Quality Plan to include a QES matrix (checklist)
• Measure overall project QHS and specifications for requirements.
• Ensure the use of the QHS Plan of all parties involved (consistency and knowledge of the Plan).
• Perform internal audits to ensure QHS Plan and required documentation is being implemented in the field.
• Responsible for designating the Contractor’s individual(s) accountable for the management of the Work Package QA Checklist requirements and supporting field documentation.
• Review Third Party inspection reports for compliance to Contract Documents and track any nonconforming items.
• Manage all training and qualification documents required.
• Monitor procurement practices to ensure compliance to Contract Documents.
• Monitor the procedure for materials and equipment receiving and storage.
• Monitor the procedure for quarantining non-compliance materials.
• Develop, with the PROJECT MANAGER System Owner(s), the procedures for Operational Acceptance Test (OAT), Functional Acceptance Test (FAT) and Endurance Test.
• Review, with the PROJECT MANAGER System Owner(s), the acceptance test for handover for production as defined in specifications.
• Manage the Work List and punch list and track all noted items until closed.
