I had been in concrete and formwork industry for more than 41 years specialized in designing of formworks for complicated concrete structures. Supervise and advice on coordination of technical activities of assigned projects in GCC countries. Supervision of the company’s yard and workshop ensuring work quality and safety is observed. Serving the company to the best of my ability using due skill and care on a timely basis. Providing assistance in preparation of project concept designing in regards of finalizing the columns grid and framing plan to achieve optimum utilization of steel and concrete. To make an ease in formwork designing, planning and to achieve economy in overall projects
Providing assistance in project planning at the start of new project
Preparing preliminary budget on the basis of concept design, built up area
Follow preliminary schedule provided by the management to achieve completion of project on time.
Workshop activities - Tools, machines/equipment maintenance prior and after using for forms, ensuring good quality condition at all times
Open and keen eyes to workers who is not observing proper use and maintenance and making them amenable to disciplinary action for not abiding imposed maintenance measures
Strengthen teamwork and maximize the capacity of workers in producing quality products by effective motivation, supervision of supervisors, foremen/charge hand.
Motivation develops enthusiasm about the worker’s drive to accomplish quality work output
Implement a range of monitoring methods which enable proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
