•Cost Savings of 2.5 Mn in 2016 - 17 by vendor negotiations and planning.
•Creation of Consumption Properties like “Mid Season Offers” that have become synonymous with Consumer offtakes and Revenues
Generate SAR 15 Mn. revenues by re-launching the entire B2C business including development of the SIMAH Website and Application.
• Strategize the Relaunch of Brand SIMAH - Including Developing a New identity, Positioning, Brand Value and Communication Strategy.
• Marketing Analytics including writing financial white papers for the B-B / B-G Customers.

Involved in Strategic Execution including Sales Forecasting, Customer Management, Managing P&L and Resource Management.
