Supervise and instruct the drilling team to make and implement the HSE plan.

June 2022 - Present

Supervise and instruct the drilling team to establish and complete HSE Management organization and management rules.
Cooperate with the Rig manager to conduct a full range of supervision and instruction to the rig’s HSE management.
Supervise the drilling team to implement the HSE management system & systematic management rules, if any inaccuracy is found, report to the HSE superintendent and HSE department.
Participate in the evaluation & assessment of the drilling rigs’ HSE performance.
Supervise drilling team to hold weekly & Monthly HSE routine Meetings.
Supervise the drilling team to perform all kinds of HSE inspections and practice different emergency drills as regulated, and submit the relevant reports to the higher authority.
Supervise the drilling team to carry out the required HSE training and presides over the key training programs in person.
Carry out PTW Monitoring and review.
Conducts toolbox meetings
