JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performed Preventive Maintenance (PM) on Diesel generator sets (up to 1MW) to ensure maximum reliability and uptime.
Diagnosed and repaired complex mechanical and electrical system faults in engines, alternators and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
Utilized specialized diagnostic tools (e.g. multi meters, engine analysis software) to accurately isolate and resolve electrical control and sensor issues.
Maintained precise maintenance logs and adhered strictly to all LOTO (Lockout/Tag out) and safety compliance protocols.
Responded to emergency call-outs, quickly restoring power and minimizing critical operational downtime.
Diagnosed and repaired complex electrical and mechanical faults, including issues with Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), fuel systems, cooling systems, and engine control units (ECUs)

My job is Maintaining, Repairing, Installation and commissioning of various types Generator sets,
Electrical systems and Control systems.
My job duties are to Inspection, Maintenance and Monitor all Generator Equipments, Including Circuit
Breakers and Voltage Transformers.
Operational Experience of PLC &Deep-sea Controller and Electrical LV/MV/HV Switchgears Circuit
Breakers, Transformers, Generators and All other Electrical Equipments.
Troubleshoot and resolved Electrical and Mechanical faults, minimizing downtime and Ensuring
Uninterrupted operations.
Maintains proper Lubrication and Cooling system of the Diesel & Gas Generators.
Performed Routine Maintenance tasks including Oil changes, Filter replacements, Spark Plugs and
battery maintenance.
Designed, installed, and commissioned synchronization systems for multiple diesel generators, ensuring
seamless load sharing and optimal system performance
Conducted synchronization testing and commissioning, including speed and voltage matching, to ensure
optimal system performance and reliability
Implemented preventative measures to identify potential generator failures and implemented corrective
actions to prevent critical system breakdowns.
Performs incidental or related duties such as Watering Storage Batteries, Cleaning Up and Routine
maintenance procedures.
Participated in scheduled and Preventive Maintenance (1K, 2k, 3k, 10k, 20k and 60k)

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engines,

Participated as part of a team responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks on backup generators located throughout various sites

Replaced faulty parts and conducted regular maintenance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of generators

Implemented preventative measures to identify potential generator failures and implemented corrective actions to prevent critical system breakdowns
