Imports SIRE INDEX and third party vessel Inspection Data and Updates data
base.
* Assists in evaluating third party vessel SIRE inspection and screening vessels for
safety and environmental expectations and other aspects for own and affiliate
business use.
* Arrange for third party vessel inspection and assists in evaluating/evaluates third
party vessel inspection report for vessel acceptability as and when required.
* Assists in evaluating the Vessel Performance Reports (VPR) and follow up with
vessel operators to amend the deficiencies noted by the terminal, if required.
* Assists in Providing the vessel screening procedures.
* Assists in evaluating third party vessel owners/operators performance.
* Monitors/verifies the third party vessel owners/operators information in vetting
system database and recommends the changes in the vetting system to meet
changing business needs.
* Assists in developing duty inspection, consistent with Marine Environmental and
Safety Expectations (MESE), for terms charter vessel market calls.
* Assists in reviewing all proposed term charter vessels for technical as well as
structural acceptability.
* Carried out due diligence inspections, when required, during the building stage of
new term charter vessel and resolves noncompliance reports.

Co-Ordination of Work Function of the Contractor’s Personnel in my area of
responsibility
* Administer the Manpower & Equipment contract.
* Ensuring the implementation of routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance
including surveys and major overhaul programme by my personnel to meet the
maintenance goals both at site and in the workshop facilities.
* Ensuring the personnel safety and the safety of site working personnel.
* Continually reviews updated maintenance requirements/procedures
* Ensuring proper manpower distribution in the working area.
* Recommends given to increase machine availability and maintainability.
Compiling Weekly reports and monthly reports in regard to the job.
* Administer requisitions for Maintenance supplies, special tools and plant.
* Maintaining equipment history and performance trending data records.
* Preparing daily and monthly Timesheets

Carried out Breakdown Maintenance, Mini Checkup, intermediate overhauling and
major overhauling on Cooper Bessemer Reciprocating Compressor thus
learning trouble shooting techniques of various technical issues.
* Have a sound knowledge on the functionality and in servicing Ruston Turbine
and the pump units in various Gathering centers. Have performed breakdown,
intermediate and major overhauling in Ruston turbine.
* Performed breakdown maintenance in VSM pump (motor driven) in various
Gathering Centers.
* Carried out preventive maintenance on Pump Unit (Single acting and Double
acting Pump)
* Have sound knowledge in overhauling work in T.V Compressor (Man turbo).
* Have done major overhauling and breakdown maintenance in T.V compressor
* Assists in determining need to requisition maintenance supplies spare parts, tools
and equipment
