Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Record and maintain employee’s information in database such as new entry (new join employees), proceeding on leave, return from leave, resignation, transfers, termination.

Update Travel advisory report (Departure and arrival employees)
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Follow up clearance and ensure that signed by all concerned department before employees travel date.
Process employee’s request: leave application approval, settlement, clearance, and
update on HR system.
coordinate with Account department for leave settlement, final settlement, ensure
employees receive their settlement and signed all required documents-keep record in
employee’s personnel file
Prepare leaves report (on leave, employees proceeding on leave, return from leave
reports), monitor leave report and inform & send to HR supervisor leave overdue list for
necessary action.
Add & update organization chart and manning schedule preparation.
