Duties and Responsibility: Extracting Quantities from 3D Revit models and 2D drawings using software tools, including Revit Schedule, PlanSwift, Cost X, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu. Prepared measurement and BOQ in accordance with project requirements and standards.
Project: Destiny Mall & Apartment - Phase I, Colombo 02.

Duties and Responsibility: Involved in the middle of the project (a restarted project) as a Main Project MEP Quantity Surveyor. After thorough analysis, interim payment bills are prepared for missed claims. Negotiating with consultant parties and Preparing EOT claims, price fluctuations, and late payments.

Duties and Responsibility: Handling Multiple projects simultaneously and Managing time.
Project: NHDA Apartment - Maradana, Sri Lanka.
Construction Elements: Concrete Structures, Renovation, Waterproofing, Crack repairing, Roof.
Duties and Responsibility: Independently worked as a Quantity Surveyor. Day-to-day work in detail Monitoring of the material, labour, time, and wastage per each unit (per one house) and the entire Project. Getting experience dealing with Consultants and Householders.
