• Leads the project planning effort, including formulation of project scope, definition of project deliverables required delivery dates, definition of project milestones, project budget and project dependencies.
• Performs site visits as required for review of the work and to resolve issues on site.
• Reporting project status weekly to the corporate client and escalating issues to the Project Director.
• Day to day management of program retailer and manufacturer partner relationships and subcontractors.
• Maintain site dairy and recording daily site circumstances that may, have effect on the project.
• Participation in marking efforts including development of proposals, project scope of work and fee.
• Follow up on resolving ambiguous technical queries review of, drawings offering suitable proposals, ideas and alternatives.
• Ensures health & safety and quality management requirements are met for projects delivered in the region.
• Coordinate and control testing, commissioning, snapping and final handover procedures coordination with concerned parties for all, requirements of handover close out documentations
• Responds to all inquiries regarding project status; prepares and responds to all regulatory reporting/filings to ensure compliance.

• Worked as an interior designer cum Project manager for the New US Brand THE CHILDRENS PLACE, Kids apparel outlet in Dubai. And opened 18 stores in U.A.E, including GCC Country like OMAN, BAHARAIN, QATAR & KUWAIT.
• Oversaw the designing projects from start to finish. From planning to material procurement to on time delivery.
• Report project status and issues to brand principal, operations and brand general manager on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the successful completion of projects within the budget parameters including scope, schedule and cost with the assurance that all functional, code, client and good engineering/design practice requirements are met.
• Attending meetings with end-user, client, designers, manufacturers, contractors and subcontractors in order to coordinate with all parties.
• Responsible for local purchasing and inventory.
Achievement: All 14 stores handover for the trading on time.

• Design and execution for the ‘Little Italy’ Restaurant from scratch to till the handover.
• Participates in guidance of design to acceptable solution of problem areas and recommends approval or modification necessary to obtain desired results.

• 35+ flats for builders like Shoba, Adarsh, Purvankara, Brigade, SJR and Renaissance at Bangalore.
• 7 Adarsh Palm Retreat villas and 4 3G villas Bangalore.
• 14 flats and 6 villas of above mentioned Bangalore projects.
• Handled more projects: like Furniture outlets, hotels, Software companies, Builders offices and model Apartments.

• Worked for DIYA SYSTEMS in Mangalore, India. Oversaw designing the master layout and detailing of furniture & site supervising.
