-Contact Airlines for details of flight operations and Extra Charges and seat confirmations
-Contact agents to get the best rates for hotels & also check on the internet for better deals as per the requirement of the passenger
-Contact passengers for required documents to obtain visas for particular countries
-Present at embassies to obtain visas for passengers
-Submit Quotations, Travel Itineraries to passengers via e-mail, fax & over the phone
Passed IATA/UFTAA Foundation Diploma March 2010 Exam, Training Program held by IATA Training & Development Institute, Montreal, Canada, Conducted by Mr.Deepal Perera at International Airline Ticketing Academy, Colombo, Sri Lanka
