• Preparation of monthly forecasts in liaison with Practice heads and attend forecast calls with Regional management

• Effectively managed circa USD. 136 million (average) outstanding insurance premiums with a team of two members.
• Reduced bad debt provision in the first 10 months within levels acceptable to the Management.
