•Maintaining perfect coordination with production, quality control and other depts. to ensure systematic order management for scheduled delivery
•Responsible for quality inspection of delivered goods against complaints
•Handle customer complaints on fabric defects, washing, shrinkage
•Work closely with quality department in quick resolution of customer complaints
•Trained on fabric inspection - 4 point system, washing, shade matching & quality testing methods


Order Management

•Validate customer orders and provide forecasts to management
•Work closely with logistics team to ensure shipment and delivery on time
•Ensuring quality of shipping documents and General Terms of Delivery
•Work with production department to provide samples and obtain orders
•Complete ownership of order management process till delivery
•Coordinate Payment including credit decisions, advance payment terms, RTGS etc
•Conducting costs analysis for price negotiation
