- Responsible for the safe IN and OUT all the cash Transactions (which is includes change money from the bank, daily banking, Petty cash, Cashier Loans, Cashier Pick up money and Credit Cards/ vouchers etc…)
- Issuance of Store Purchase Orders - Cash department (LPO).
- Processing & analyzing of monthly store reports.
- Handling customer queries and provides Customer Service by giving maximum satisfaction to the Customer
- Conducting training session to new Safe cashier on Safe Policies, Procedures, Systems, Documentation requirements and KYC guidelines.
- Maintaining cashier monthly reports for the cash short & over, LBC cash/vouchers
- All aspects of personal banking opening operations, customer inquiries handling.
- Activity involved in deposit mobilization.
- Data entry related to cash transactions and postdated cheque.
- ATM Assistant in-charge and managed cash loading activities and ATM operations (Bank of Ceylon, Sri Lanka).
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
