Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization, and dispatch outgoing mail
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
Screening phone calls and directing to the respective departments.

Operate switchboard and direct potential clients to relevant departments
Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments
Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail
Manage all matters pertaining to reception, office appearance, utilities & facilities
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating
Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary
