Responsible for site activities, installation &maneuvering of Equipment (i.e. water heaters, package units cooling towers, Pumps, FCUs, AHU, Chillers, Duct Work installation, fire system, Chilled & Hot water piping, Insulation works and Valve package) etc. as per the shop drawings.
Co-ordinate with senior managers for any changes or site related technical issues and involve in solutions suggestions. Make productivity reports, manage supervisors and manpower distribution.
Manpower & Time management. Ensure the project completion on designated time.
Co-ordinate with design team for site related technical issues, equipment maneuvering, alternative installations plan & changes in design as per site conditions.
Ensuring that services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure.
Review all project MEP field reports on a monthly basis.
Responsible for rechecking HVAC System Designing and Selection of HVAC material.
Follow and Implementation of standards (IPC, NSPC, UPC, UMC, NFPA, SMACNA AND ASHARE) and project specification on site and follow safety procedures.
Rechecking the HVAC system selection (Ex. chilled water, split, package systems) to be used to meet the peak load requirements of the Building so that the system should be efficient and economical as per client’s recommendation and selection of Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Split Units, Package Units, Chilled Water Pumps & accessories.
Installation of volume dampers, fire dampers, motorized dampers and VAVs.
Installation RTR, fiber glass, HDP, LDP, PPR, UNI pipes, PVC pipes and Carbon steel pipes.
Coordinating with Client recommended changes.
Installation of manhole, inspection chambers valve box, water, drainage, fire-fighting systems and irrigation system in external.
Performed various types of TIE-IN’s.
Performed pressure leak testing for water and firefighting pipes
Performed HVAC smoke and light test for leakage in ducting system.
Performed gravity leak test and air leak test on drainage pipes inside building and in external area.
Performed leak testing in manhole and inspection chambers.
Performed Fire system installation, hydrostatic Pressure leak testing, functional testing, commissioning and preparation of reports.
Performed Field test and tightness test for valves.
Hold meetings with consultants on the issues such as, alternative plans, technical queries, project specifications, work & material inspection for approvals and suggest effective alternatives.
Work on change order request and calculate additional change order to be executed.
Attend weekly progress meetings with Architecture, Structure and Electrical Engineers for coordination during the design and supervision.

• Review of Pump head calculations for chilled water pumps (Primary & Secondary Pumps) selection.
• Analyze mechanical, Electrical and /or plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
