The Utilities Scope of Work under CP7B Covers MV cabling network, 7 Nos 11kV Substations, LV cabling Network, Potable Water Network, Sewerage network, Telecom Network, RTU/ SCADA, Surveillance System, Intelligent Transportation System, Parking management & Guidance system, Road Lighting and Landscape Lighting.

Job Responsibilities:
 Review intended submittals, shop drawings and coordinate the design issues with other senior engineers to ensure conformance with Authorities standard and specifications and regulations
 Review of Technical Submittals and drawings for ELV system which include Traffic Signals, Intelligent Transportation System, RTU/SCADA System, Fire Alarm, Public Address and Security System. Car Park Management and Guidance system, BMS and Central Battery System and Tunnel Lighting Control system.
 Review of Technical submittal and drawings for electrical services in Plaza Area such as, Landscape Lighting, Solar Power system, Water Features lighting, Fire and Life Safety and irrigation control System
 Supervising the site progress and coordinate with Main Contractor, specialist Sub-contractors, senior engineers, Public Authorities and Management Consultant
 Provide direction and technical support to the Contractors for the installation of MV network, LV Network, 11 kV substations, street lighting, tunnel lighting.
 Coordinate with 3rd party consultant and contractors resolve the clashes and interfaces in the area of common interest and ensure the execution in line with scope, specification and timely completion
 Witness the Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure the manufactured equipment quality, safety, operation and workmanship meets with the specification and contractual requirements.
 Coordinating with project team members and stakeholders, define measurable goals and objectives and monitoring progress toward achievement.
 Lead and manage the team in the execution of the project. Supervision of site engineers and inspectors. Act independently to ensure that the quality objectives are met. Onsite issues like re- routing, clashing between services will be discussed and sort out in the coordination meeting.
 Manage the subcontractor's closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and handling over the project documents.
 Monitor the quality and progress of works via respective site walk with engineers and inspectors.
 Review built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties and guarantees documents are provided by the contractors in accordance with the project requirements.
 Conducting site visits, identifying the bottlenecks and preparing recommendations and technical feasibility highlighting project risks.
 Actively participating in project meetings, effectively communicating the project progress and delays and providing recommendations to senior managers for achieving delayed goals and objectives.
 Develop effective communication and liaising with project stakeholders to collect and disseminate project information.

 Review the activities of the design consultants, supervision consultant and contractors.

Hill International delivered the program as project management and construction supervision consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
 Supervising and ensuring the work completed in accordance with drawings, project specifications, standards, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
 Reviewing the contractor's quality documents and ensuring the quality control procedure and inspection and test plan has been implemented at the site.
 Inspection of the material delivered at the site is free of any defect, stored and protected as per manufacturer recommendation and complied with approved material submittal.
 Identification of non-conformances, Issuing NCR and take thorough on action to remedy the NCRs & manage quality process throughout the project.
 Assist quantity surveyor in evaluation of contractor's claims and invoices.
