Managing the technical staff, and introducing productive work flows to the current structure. Provides guidance and leadership to Pre and post sales engineers on all technical issues. Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations and deployment, administration, operation and support of Infrastructure including virtual, messaging, server and cloud environments.
Accountable for Planning, Design and Implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Infrastructure (Exchange/Active Directory/Office 365/Hyper-V) and Server products.
Responsible for System Administration including Active Directory infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, ADRMS.NPS, RADIUS, RODC, ADLDAP, ADFS, WSUS, GPO Operations and AD Network Topology.
Involved further in operation and support of system security with the use of multiple branded Security Solutions.
Spearheading the system and project documentations including Designing Documents, SOW and Projects Plans.
Successfully achieved significant reduction in downtime by resolving systems-related issues in the most expeditious manner.
Providing proactive managed services delivery to multiple corporate clients in Middle East.
Performing daily team administration routines like scheduling, task allocations, monitoring & control and feedback.
Project Summery
W Hotels and Residencies - Setup HP DL380 Servers and P2000 storage for Windows Server 2012 R2 3 node Hyper-V cluster to migrate existing 15+ physical servers including Active Directory Domain Controllers, DHCP and MICRO servers. Setup Symantec Backup Exec 2014 for Hyper-V cluster and other server backups. Isolate backup network from production network with HP switches to minimize the network latency.
Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club - Setup HP DL380 Servers and MSA 2040 storage for Windows Server 2012 R2 2 node Hyper-V cluster with a Hyper-V replica in DR site. Migrate Exchange 2010 servers to 2016 with a DAG and load balance SMTP traffic with a KEMP load balancer. Install SCVMM and SCOM to manage Hyper-V cluster and monitor the operations. Install and configure Veeam to backup virtualized infrastructure.
How United Services W.L.L - Configure ADFS based identity federation in order to provide users with a single sign-on (SSO) experience when accessing services part of the Office 365 offering. Configure Active directory synchronization (DirSync) to synchronize on premise users, groups and contacts (ensuring there will only be one source of authority /the on premise Active Directory forest). Deploy Exchange 2010 Hybrid deployment servers into the existing on premise Exchange organization to setup rich coexistence between the on premise Exchange organization and Exchange Online. Move some of the mail boxes in-between on premises and office 365.
Karmah Trading & Services - Setup HP DL 380 Gen9 Servers with HP Store Easy 1450 storage. Migrate multi-site Active Directory servers from Windows Server 2008 to 2012 R2. Install and configure Active Directory Synchronization server to setup SSO for Office 365. Configure and administrate Active Directory servers with Directory Synchronization servers.
Kempinski Hotels | Luxury Hotels - Migrated entire Microsoft Infrastructure from Windows Server 2003 to 2008 R2 servers including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ADRMS, File Servers, Print and Fax Server.

Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara - Designed and implemented Bare Metal HP Server infrastructure of the Data Centre with 10 HP DL380P and DL360P Sevres. Designed and implemented a backup solution with HP MSL 2024 Tape Library with Backup Exec 2015

Setup DHCP cluster with Windows Server 2012 R2. Provided product support for Active Directory, Exchange Server 2010, SCCM 2007 R2, ISA 2006, File Server, and Windows 2008 R2 NPS Servers.
