Roles:-Project management for the Shutdown Project of QP, Planning the shutdown activities, Coordinate & direct subcontractors & vendors, Direct Mobilization& Demobilization of Manpower &equipments, Budget planning. Preparation of Subcontract Orders for Subcontractor jobs, hiring of machineries etc.

Monitoring the progress of work & make sure that shutdown activities are finished within the planned time frame. Coordinate with Client, contractors, subcontractors, vendors & discipline departments like Engineering, procurement, HSC, Production, Planning, cost control etc.

Manage & approve the Client, Contractor, Subcontractor & vendor invoices. Manage Daily, Weekly meetings with Client, PMT, Construction team, contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors etc.

Project :EPIC for crude oil import / export facilities upgrade and beach landing valves at Halul islands Onshore / Offshore Engineering, Procurement, Installation &Commissioning for Qatar Petroleumwith Modification of existing Tanks & Construction of new Tanks.. (Value:- USD 400 Million)

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for delivery of Project within agreed target of Project budget, Schedule & objectives.
•Monitor & Control local & global contractors of Project.
•Ensure smooth coordination with Client to make that project execution takes place within budgeted time and cost.
•Develops Project Master Schedule for Projects covering all stages of Project life cycle ie conceptual, feed, detail engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.
•Responsible for Planning, Subcontracting, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Hook Up & Commissioning.
•Review & approve Contractor, Subcontractor, Vendor & Project Progress Invoices.
•Manage the delivery of Construction Materials (Piping/Structural/Instrumentation & Electrical), Equipments, tools, utilities, Man power& Lifting Equipments etc to Offshore.
•Controlling & Managing the Construction (both Offshore & Onshore) & Make sure that the Fabrication(Structural, Piping, ), Construction(Civil/Electrical/ Instrumentation/Mechanical), Installation & Commissioning of Equipments are Progressing as per Milestone Completion requirements

Project: -ESCRAVOS GAS TO LIQUID PROJECT, NIGERIA CLIENT: - KBR/CHEVRON (Value:- USD 600 Million)

•Discuss and coordinates daily matters with Project Manager, Production section, Engineering Section and divisional staff to ensure smooth and timely progress of project works.
•Lead The Project Management Team of Piping, Structural, E&I, Planning, Construction, and Procurement & project QC Engineers.

Project : EPIC for construction & installation of living quarter platform, well head, production development, gas injection & two sub plat forms of Qatar petroleum development company, Japan for their Alkara field expansion project(Value:- USD 350 Million)

Responsibilities:
•In charge for the overall construction activities of full field development project of Gulf piping company.
•Manage & Control Sub contractors, PMT, Project Engineering, Project Construction Team, Project Suppliers for the timely Delivery of Project.

Project:-khargh island gas gathering and NGL ecovery project (Iranian Offshore Oil Company, IRAN) (Value:- USD 300 Million)

Responsibilities:
•Manage & Guide the preparation of Weekly reports and Monthly reports of Project progress for client submission covering areas of fabrication progress, procurement progress, Areas of concern, Utilization of man-hours and document control etc.
•Manage Onshore & Offshore Construction activities of IOOC Project.
•Follow up & monitors the continuous progress of Project work at three different sites of the company (IMAC, GPC & GSME)
•Manage Purchase requisitions created by Engineering Section for project by using SAP R3 system. Also Monitor the Purchase orders created by the Procurement Dept for Project and to ensure proper availability of material for Smooth running of the Fabrication activities to attain targeted Weekly progress for the project in each week.

Involved actively in the production of steel ingots.
Took the charge of around 750 workmen and supervised them with strict managerial confidence also motivated them to work hard to achieve both organizational and individual objectives.
Maintained good relationship with Contractors, Suppliers, and Customers in order to achieve the organizational objectives.
Assisted the purchase manager in purchase functions relating to plant so that purchase functions were accelerated and unnecessary production delays were avoided because of the lack of unavoidable inventory in Store

Working with Mc Dermott Arabia Company Limited for the Project Management of Saudi Aramco’s very fast track PDM projects (Production Platform/Living Quarter Platform & Utility Platform& Auxiliary Platform), awarded under LTA project. The responsibilities include project management of overall certification of structural, piping, Electrical, instrumentation drawings, 3D models, review client supplied specifications. Manage overall project engineering coordination for MTO preparation, requisition engineering, technical bid evaluation and recommendation of preferred vendors, placing of Orders
Make sure the completion of engineering, Procurement &Construction activity within the scheduled time frame & within the allocated project man-hours.
