• Check and issue variation orders to sub-Contractor
• Joint measurement with subcontractors and client for valuations and variations and rectify disputes
• Review, negotiate & settle subcontractors' subcontract variation orders and subcontractor payment certificates
• Take off quantities from the tender document and prepare a consolidated Bills of Quantities
