Design & Social Media:
• Designed creative concepts to reflect Antoine’s culture & brand message while developing associated visual systems for special events & store campaigns.
• Created original designs including windows advertising for all 15 branches, POS material, promotional items, brochures & flyers.
• Created the stand design & booth branding of over 8 exhibitions including the Beirut’s Francophone & the Beirut Arab International Book Fairs & the cooking festivals.
• Designed a creative photobooth in the French and Arab book fair of 2019 that was a huge success & that attracted hundreds of readers & passersby.
• Designed innovative and customized products under the name of Librairie Antoine such as tote bags, mugs for various occasions (Mother’s Day, Teachers, Valentine, etc.), themed mugs (book lovers, coffee addicts, etc.), creative pins and greeting cards. This allowed us to generate more sales while spending less money by purchasing them externally.
• Collaborated with internal customers such as editors, department directors & supervisors to produce publications & marketing collateral that their business goals or sale strategy.
• Created the visuals and gifs to all our social media content for all the departments & designed the digital ads for all our on-going promotions.

Marketing:
• Established over 10 marketing strategies with the Marketing Director by analyzing sales forecasts, updating calendars & organizing promotional campaigns. The latter included 3 Back to school campaigns (the biggest & most important season at Antoine’s), 3 back to University campaigns, the Christmas seasons & the all-yearlong promotions.
• Oversaw in-store implementation of over 50 active marketing campaigns & promotions by working closely with teams across 15 branches.
• Coordinated with suppliers & printing presses end-to-end by managing quotations, approving samples and supervising execution for big events & conferences, such as Beirut’s Francophone Book Fair, the Beirut Arab International Book Fair and over 30 book signings.
• Supervised the above events execution from printing presses & proofs to stand making & mounting to making sure all marketing collateral are installed properly & on time.
• Overlooked CRM solutions, analyzing our customers’ behavior and purchasing pattern in order to target them in the most efficient way.

• Conceptualized, created & developed packaging designs while maintaining consistency standards across products from same brand for over 8 FMCG brands.
• Managed multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering schedules & working closely with printing presses.
• Produced product catalogs, marketing materials & social media content.
• Created print materials, large event signage & market branding for Siblou, PleinSoleil & other brands.
