- Contacting potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Managing sales administration function and reports
- Assisting in the development of the annual marketing plan and sales promotion program plans
- Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels of stocks
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

- Arranging shipments from manufacturer to the warehouse and from warehouse to clients
- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Processing of food and beverage sales
- Ensuring that the cash register contains the correct amount of cash at the beginning and end of shift
- Balancing the money and credit card receipt against the daily sales total
- Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels of stocks
- Reporting shortages, overages and all inventory levels daily for replenishment
- Handling customer complaints and enquiries
- Delegates duties, schedules and monitors teams performance
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Working with the General Manager to improves operations, sales and profitability
- Reworking/Reprocessing (including pH, Viscosity, SPF, smoothness and color adjustment) of pending laboratory batches
- Color matching of colored cosmetics
- Stability testing for approved laboratory batches
- Compounding of laboratory batches for usage testing and clinical testing
- Documenting and filing of laboratory trial batches
- Documenting, filing and testing of incoming new type of chemicals to be used in laboratory batches
- Reformulation of existing product batches

- Assisting transferees, new students and alumni with appointments
- Assisting students in enrollment
- Providing secretarial support such as creating and maintaining spreadsheets, creating word documents, merging documents for mailing, and entering data in to a student relations database.
