- Produce the corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly monitoring reports (cost element structure and cost drivers, profitability analysis, income statement, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting);
- Produce the annual corporate financial performance reports (development and maintenance of key operational and financial metrics);
- Provide strategic financial analysis and other significant ad-hoc analysis supporting the CFO and CEO decisions;
- Contribute with the multidisciplinary consulting team in delivering projects that require financial and/or applied economic research and analysis;
- Provide analytics and internal business intelligence analysis to help the company leaders improve business strategies and internal processes;
- Support the development of internal business policies and procedures;
- Provide industry trend, competitor and market analysis; and
- Manage company’s website, edit all company news & announcements, and produce the quarterly internal newsletter.
- Issued Monthly Electronic Card Issuing, ATM & Merchant POS Acquiring and Network Switch Billing Reports to all Client-Banks covered by CSC network in the Levant, North Africa and West Africa;
- Allocated intercompany MasterCard & Visa Interchange and Costs of Services;
- Issued quarterly reports of Membership Fees, Electronic Card Issuance and Transaction Volume to MasterCard and VISA International Licensing Companies;
- Conducted periodical statistical analysis of electronic card issuance and transaction volume by Region, Bank and Card Type;
- Reconciled and Controlled all the bank Payable/Receivable accounts; and
- Participated as a team member in the automation process of all Billing Reports.
