1. To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
2. Keep track of the daily activities of the sales team, and conduct a weekly report accordingly and send it to the Sales Manager.
3. Monitoring the sales team’s performance and providing feedback to the sales manager.
4. To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.

10. Prepare reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

11. Assist the Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.
12. Handle and manage customers’ direct enquiries via phone calls, emails or fax inquiries
13. Assist with sales representatives’ questions, concerns and product/service questions.
14. Communicate all employees’ relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
15. Follow up and execute all the stages of issuing the invoices staring with entering the POs, and ending up with sending a request to the accountant to issue the invoices.
16. Responsible for ordering the licenses for our products and services from our vendors then pass it to the CSC team leader to issue for the customers and follow on it.
17. Continually search for new potentials and supply this data to the sales team in order to increase our customers’ data base and achieve the department’s target.
