- Manage and coordinate clients and therapists’ schedules for the term.
- Book appointments on the system and do all communications needed with clients and
therapists involved.
- Make sure therapists are meeting their targets, and fill out the open slots on daily basis by
offering clients on the waiting list.
- Action the day-to-day tasks with regards to appointments cancellations, rescheduling, adding
more services or arranging letters for insurance.
- Handle new clients’ inquiries, either though phone, or handling walk in clients by showing them
the facility, advising about the services TDCC provides, and helping them with filling out the
required forms.
- Cover reception during receptionist's lunch breaks and leaves.
- Follow up with new clients after therapists’ meeting to convey therapists’ recommendations,
and set initial evaluation appointment.
- Adimnistration and HR Support: Minuting weekly case manager meetings, filing and archiving, and
supporting the HR department with preparing new employees application forms and translating
requested letters to be submitted to Ministries, new therapists bios and center flyers.
- Handle clients’ calls and inquiries about the citizenship/residence programs requested, either on
phone or via Email.
- Telemarketing: search and collect Emails data and send advertisement Emails
- Attend official events, and applicants’ interviews with government committees for gaining citizenship.
- Administration Support: Including document, media info and company events translation on website.

Ticketing and Customer Service Agent:
- Provide travel consultancy and tour and tickets bookings, with high service standards in a multi-cultural and international environment
- Deal with high level foreign professors, doctors and managers.
- Manage travel plans with the most logical routes and best prices
- Arrange hotel bookings and car rental.
- Arrange invoices and required documentations to the finance department
