• Assisted clients for various positions including Banking, Sales & Marketing, IT, ITES, Finance, Engineering, Construction, MEP, Aviation & Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, HR, Real Estate etc.
• Placing job adverts in relevant market journals and publications, job boards, portals and local press.
• Telephonic interviews, doing background checks and verifying the references, work experience and academic qualifications of applicants.
• Screening, testing and assessing candidates from job portals, received emails, database, social media, references etc.
• Developing a relationship with interviewees, guiding & counselling the candidates.
• Arranging interviews with candidates who have been short listed for a position.
• Coordinates with client companies to understand their staffing requirements
• Conducts search on various job portals to find out the right fit candidates as per client requirement
• Screens and shortlist the candidates and coordinates with client for their personal interview
