• Maintaining the calendar of the Group General Manager and scheduling the meetings
accordingly.
• Domestic/International travel, visa, car bookings and hotel arrangements.
• Manage the content of information flowing into and out of the GGM’s office, prepare correspondence and presentations for the GGM and other executive support, as needed. To serve as liaison between the GGM and management team, their assistants, board members, and other associates.
• Attend meetings with GGM as required, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action plans.
• Handles sensitive and confidential material strictly in accordance with policy and instructions.
• Provide daily sales and collection reports to GGM.
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report sales and operating performance data to improve the understanding and presentation of overall product and service sales results against budgets and targets and other historical data.
• Preparation as required of Power point presentations for internal and external meetings and events.
• Develop and prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual reports for business review to show progress and achievements for different departments.
• Provide secretarial support to the CEO by drafting correspondences, reports & documents.
• Domestic/International travel, visa, car bookings and hotel arrangements.
• Make follow-ups to different departments, person for any pending documents as requested by the CEO.
• Manage all inward and outward correspondence of CEO’s office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same.
• Set-up and maintain CEO’s office correspondence and personnel files to ensure safe custody and confidentiality.
• Make travel expense reports.
• Compile daily E-Mails received in company ID and submit summary report to CEO.
• Collect daily sales reports from divisions; submit consolidated reports to the CEO.
• Attend Meetings along with CEO and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Handles CEO’s Calendar, arrange appointments, meetings, events; including registration, location map, and other travel arrangement, etc. Screening of incoming calls and random visitors, setting meeting with various department heads.
• To create a contact database with all of the important people in the business environment in UAE and Internationally.
• To co-ordinate CEO’s residential and personal issues like bank work etc. as assigned.
• Maintaining the calendar of the Associate Directors and scheduling the meetings
accordingly.
• Domestic/International travel, car bookings and hotel arrangements.
• Keeping record of Club and frequent flyer membership.
• Surfing on the net and obtaining data of various companies doing similar business for assessing potentials for accelerating growth.
• Screening calls and scheduling appointments.
• Liaising with conference organizers for enrolment/membership.
• Preparing fortnightly expense reimbursement statements and liaising with
accounts for timely payments of the same.
• Regular updating of client contact database.
• Scheduling and arranging conference calls and video calls.
• Arrangement of meetings, seminars & Lunch or Tea parties.
• Filing, office administration, petty cash and stationary.
• Building rapport with regular, VVIP guests.
• Experience in airline reservation system Sabre.
• To liaise with the CISF (Central Investigation & Security Force) Officers for security
of the VIP Guests such as Members of Parliament, State Ministers and Foreign Dignitaries.
• Maintaining guest records with their preferences.
• Ensuring guest requirements are well co-ordinate.
• Corresponding to their queries and handling complaints.
• Coordinating with internal customers.
• Coordinating with the Duty Managers and informing the guests if the flight is delayed.
• Assisting the VVIP guests till the aircraft.
• Handling reservations for the VIP guests and blocking seats for them according to their preferences.
• Maintain constant link with Hotels and car rentals for transit guests.
• Excess Baggage Handling.
• Filing and Office Administration.
• Liaising with Vendors for office stationery
• Handling check-in counter and Concierge Desk.
• Experience working on Fidelio reservation system.
• Giving wake-up calls to 5 different international crew members.
• Handling reservations, making group bookings.
• Arranging car facility and making airline bookings for the guests.
• Arranging of flowers and gifts for the guests on their special days.
• Screening phone calls and transferring to the guest’s room.
• Handling Cash and preparing Bills at Guest’s check-out time.
• Handling Foreign Exchange.
• Making Table Reservations in Restaurants for the guests.
• Filing and Office Administration.
• Ordering of office stationery.
• Public Relations
• Assisting Customers in opening accounts i.e. Savings Bank, N.R.I., N.R.E.,
accounts.
• Assisting customers in closing of accounts and settlement of dues.
• Clearing of cheques.

• Handling customer complaints and grievances.
