Pre & Post Contract (February 2021 to till present) Profession: Quantity Surveyor & Estimator Nature: Bidding and Variation Evaluation Scope: Natural Stone, Artificial Stones, Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles
• Interior finishes including floor, wall, joinery and loose furniture
• External cladding including primary and secondary structure
• Landscaping works Role: Estimating cost of material, labor, equipment and other consumables for upcoming projects based on specifications, drawings, addendums, PTCs and other related documents. Bidding for the package including comprehensive tender documents. Negotiating and follow up until to win the package. Supplier coordination for material procurement. (Local & Overseas) Advising and assisting for post contract works which are shop drawings, material submittals, sub contract works …etc. Identification, evaluation, pricing and submission of variation claims in all ongoing projects. Preparation of Interim payment applications. Negotiating with main contractor for variation claims and finalized final account.
