I am a Training & development manager in a cosmo-pharmaceutical multinational company since January 2009 (4 years). I am an MBA holder and SHL certified asseser. I have hands on HR major projects involving recruitment of new staff and assessing current staff through professional assessment centers. I have good experience in Talent management, change management and employee engagement.
I am responsible for training and coaching of 6 division sales managers & and a huge team of 80 Area sales managers and I had a team of six trainers .
I am responsible of the " New employees induction program".I have good experience in change management and employee engagement.
