Sales Coordinators are important members of a company’s sales representatives and coordinating sales- related activities within the company, they contribute to achieving sales targets .Sales coordinators play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force .Keeps sales records, modify retail prices and coasts in order to assure the success of the marketing strategies
Maintain a diary and arranging the day -to-day activities of the superior such as appointments, meetings and receiving of visitors
- Monitors logs and processes all incoming and outgoing correspondence on internal memos, business letters and faxes emanating from different division/department and sister companies
- Plan visits, handle business travel form (overseas or local), hotel and other reservations, and arrange ticket and transportation for A/S GM & Service center Manager or his/her guests.
- Takes dictation, types all confidential work from superior & other subordinates where confidentiality must be maintained
- Screen calls and pass on messages properly
- Arranges, ensures correct paperwork, materials is available for and taking notes of minutes of meetings
- Maintains an up-to-date records and confidential filling system
- Maintains all the files related to the after sales GM & service center manager in organized manner
- Perform all / other duties as directed by the service center manager
- Prepare & arrange the trainee’s form of orientation
Receive daily customer and distribute the repair agreements to Service Advisers.
Builds teamwork spirit between staff of all Service Centers.
Ensures that all Service Centers CR matters are operating smoothly according to company Policy & procedures.
Receive customer’s complaints, data collection and handling.
Monitors CSI and recommend countermeasures, as needed to meet the targets laid by the company.
Strengthens service marketing activity.
