• Managing the full Performance appraisal system for 6 Business Unites according to Revenue and target measures.
• Preparing Salary multiplayer versus revenue with performance recommendation.
• Creating Bounce system for the Medical Department.
• Creating Job descriptions and KPI’s Medical / Non-Medical
• Creating induction program for new hires.
• Delivering in House Soft Skills training.
• Develop and implants training for staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
• Create and conducting engagement surveys.
Talent management and OD duties:
• Executing organizational restructure change for expansions and corporate governance purpose.
• Managing internal assessment center.
• Supervising Wadi core competency model using SHL Universal competency framework
• Plan, execute and supervise Talent Management Programs as 9 Box Grid, HIPO "High Potential Employees assessments
• Executing performance Consultancy project using ATD model.
• Planning and Executing Culture Changing programs " Wadina".
• Develop all procedures, process maps and policies required.
• Heading the recruitment function (Manpower Planning, Executive Headhunting, and competency-based interviews and pre-assessment tools (Personality, abilities and leadership capacity).
• Heading governments and change management exercise by recruiting a new Chief level across the group and organization restructuring.
• Reduced recruitment costs by 80% Achieved outstanding records against Time to fill (TTF) and Time to Recruit (TTR) measurements by using more effective and economic tools.
• Plan, execute and implement Employer Branding campaign including career portal, testimonial videos and social campaigns messages.
• Implement a paperless recruitment process.
• Launching new attractive internship programs 'GROW' (Graduate Development Program).
HRBP duties:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior line management on all human capital management matters to ensure a keen understanding of the business so as to implement HR strategies and practices that support growth.
• Managing the full employee Operations and administration cycle.
• Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possible.
• Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions.
• Develop and execute a learning and development plan that equips individuals with necessary skills
• Managing “Performance appraisal system and Salary Increase and benefits scheme and the quarterly appraisal.
• Conducting engagement surveys.
HRBP Duties
• Manage the full HR Operations for support functions.
• Supervising the job analysis and grading for the supportive function.
• Create electronic folders for all training events and track and recorded all Individual training goals, actions and timelines.
• Record training agreements for all learning activities and evaluation of all training events.
• Send and collect Performance appraisal forms and evaluations to generate HQ appraisals.
• Handling new hires preparation and orientation and probation evaluation.
• Issuing HR letters and certification.
• Update organization structure and job descriptions as per open needs.
Recruitment
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization Manpower plan and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant database by researching and contacting available sources and determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters and coordinating interviews schedules, arranges technical interviews.
• Planning new employee induction program and improves organization policies and procedures, monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits.
• Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, quarterly and annual reports and OGSM presentations
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Translating the scientific materials and researches with the Organization and the project team.
Translate the requested materials and researches.
Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Travel, tickets booking, hotels booking and visit agendas.
Provides both Operation and administrative support such as undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data on Oracle system and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress and handle any issues.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
