- Ensure regular update of operating and redevelopment malls' budget.
- Liaise with other company stakeholders (i.e Leasing) to ensure the continuity of
operations, meeting deadlines and overcoming barriers.
- Take decision with respect to exceptional clauses/cases and obtain related sign offs
(i.e. Legal) as appropriate.
