• Handle recruitment process to all levels.
• Analyze the requisites of the opportunity as per the requirements.
• Search the exact match for the requirements from the database, social network, and Headhunt.
• Communicate with the shortlisted candidates through telephone screening.
• Schedule interviews for the candidates and proper follow-ups with the prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of the interview.
• Receive, sort and classify all the job applications based on each profession.
• Save the C.Vs in the database or retrieval when required.
• Shortlist candidate C.V's against the job description, update vacancy and applicant status within the requirements procedure.
• Organize interviews, creating schedules, and conducting initial interviews.
• Manage candidate records on software, and ensure that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Provide responsive and competent customer support within a call center environment.
• Ensure that all customer issues are resolved at the first instance.
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
• Continuously work for exceptional customer experience, resulting in high customer satisfaction scores.
• Deliver and exceed customer- specified service levels for handle time.
• Learn, understand retain, regularly update and demonstrate product/ process knowledge.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Assist customers with network and handset issues.
• Answer the customer questions, proposing solutions and providing alternatives.
• Send reassurance text messages or e-mails to customers.
• Follow up if the case needed.
• Finish the job demanded if not, then escalating to the higher authority.
• Ask the customers about their feedback and suggestions to improve the service.
Dealing with Spanish clients, assisting them with their purchases and completing deals.
