Set the short-term and long-term Marketing Communication strategy and ensuring its
alignment with the overall company’s goals and objectives.
Responsible for the overall establishment of the Company’s corporate identity across both
offline and online communication mediums.
Oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities planned to support the brand
and marketing strategy
Manage the creation and execution of all Corporate campaigns and Project launches
Develop and execute strategic plans, set and administrate Department budgets, and manage projects from inception to successful completion.
Develop interpersonal skills having dealt with diversity of professionals, including senior management, vendors, sales teams, PR agencies, Ad agencies, and Production Houses.
Manage the Company’s Call Center and CRM Departments, aligning with Sales and Operation
Departments.
Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial
objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
Establish the overall marketing communication strategy and products' launching campaigns, which is consistent with company brand guidelines, business goals and sales targets through closely collaborating with category Business Heads and Channel Managers.
Manage the detailed ATL/BTL marketing activities execution and budget spending based on the identified qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Responsible for the local products’ launches GTM communication and trade activities in coordination with Product Managers and Channel Team.
In charge of designing and developing exclusive customer experience and value propositions to the Consumer and Corporate loyal customers, with an objective of maintaining and boosting their customer satisfaction, maintain their loyalty and reducing their churn rate.
Manage the entire Marketing Communication and Business Development for all Axiom partners and main distributors in Egypt (Samsung, Sony Ericson, Nokia, HTC, Motorola…etc.)
Responsible for planning, organizing the marketing launches, promotional activities, budgeting, on ground activations and operation management of several major International & Local Conferences, Events and Exhibitions.
In charge of several marketing projects.
•Responsible for the design & production of all advertising and promotional materials:
Sales Kits, Brochures, Give-Away items, Flyers, Newspaper and Magazine ads, External
& Internal published newsletters.
•Responsible for the preparation of all company's functions, conferences and events.
•Responsible for the Production and update of all the travel marketing budget reports.
•Responsible for forecasts and actual budget execution.
•Coordinate with all the departments, and branches in the company.
Responsible for the marketing and public relations of the company.
•Develop and produce all advertising and promotional materials: brochures, flyers, give-away
items, direct mail, inserts, newspaper ads, sponsorships and events' requirements.
•Manage a team of five marketing coordinators, whose responsible for the implementation of
all external and internal communication activities.
•Planning and implementing all advertising & promotional campaigns.
•Responsible for all advertising & promotions expenditure.
•Produce and update all marketing project reports.
•Responsible for forecasts and actual budget execution.
•Co-ordinate with all departments within the company.
Monthly published newsletter for
Maritime Transport
•Responsible for the marketing and promotion of a Quarterly Shipping Publication.
•Sell inserts and advertisement spaces to all relevant organizations and shipping companies.
•Design publication layout and some advertisements.
•Supervise the production, printing and distribution of the publication.
•Collect readers’ feedback through market surveys sent by mail.
