-Monitors coordination between enterprise sales team and subscription team.
-Communicate with the responsible company for Advertisements ( Connect Ads), in weekly meeting for update and reviews.
-Produce a weekly sales report that reflect all updates in ( enterprise solution - subscription - advertisement )
-Consolidate all seals reports in weekly and monthly reports ( excel - charts - power point )
Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical domestic sales forecast reports
Sharing Summary report for weekly forecast result and modification when needed
Supporting Sales forecast accuracy through communication with sales team and sharing information out (Available models, New Product Index, End of Life models, Demand )
Collecting forecast and upload GDMI system
Monthly consensus meeting with sales, marketing and finance to optain and insure that correct information is used for demand forecasting
Preparing weekly purchase, sales & inventory (PSI) report for dealers stock to put accurate forecasting
Daily Reporting with the current reserved stock and warehouse inventory
Reporting monthly Analysis for Sales Achievement and tracking salesmen target
Handling return orders and create monthly return report and confirming returns with logistic & warehouse team
Supporting sales starting from
-Order entry on GERP
-Monitoring opening orders & on time delivery
Collecting and reporting Sell out data comparison to top management for making decision
Manage & create new dealers accounts in BPMS system and GERP ship to manager
(Registration - Modification - Term change)
Supervise Retail Tasks like ( Team target and achievement, products display, store clearance, Staff issue, Stationary, briefing and product knowledge trainings)
Assist customers who have outage or other service problems.
