• Promoted to be Senior Talent Acquisition Expert (Senior Recruitment Specialist) at EVO buisness solution - (Sister company to Wasla Outsourcing) - starting from the beginning of 2014 uptill now.
• Working as an employee relations' executive at Wasla Outsourcing (3 Months experience)

Job Description: 1- Sourcing frequently for new qualified calibers by using websites, facebook & all social media sources.
2- Collecting Data required to fullfil the requests' Need.
3- Filtering the CVs and choosing the qualified ones to be screened.
4- Screening the candidates (Intervieweing them over the phone) and set up interviewe's for the qualified ones only.
5- Interviewing them at the company's premsis, assisting each candidate and then send to the client the accepted ones.
Job Description after Promotion:
1-Dealing with clients and Sourcing for new deals.
2-Caliberating with the client in the final interviews to know the criteria needed.
3-Coaching and Leading a team consists of 6 specialists, following up with them and set targets to be fullfiled from their side.
4-Interviewing Candidates In second Interviews to assist both the specialists and the candidates.
5-Attending all the Job fairs held by the Company, to create pools of candidates and to brand for the company itself.
6-Acting as Recruitment Supervisor for almost 4 Months according to Buisness Need.
