- Lead the preparation and assessment of tender bids for projects in Qatar such as
Public Works Authority - Ashghal, Ministry of Transport, Hamad Medical Corporation,
and Supreme Committee.
- Prepare, write, and review technical and commercial proposals, as well as
prequalification documents.
- Work efficiently with technical team to ensure timely delivery of projects and variation
orders
- Update and manage proposal team statistics, reports, and follow-ups, and regularly
update vendor list
- Monitor company targets, success, and growth rates in terms of awarded contracts,
and provide suggestions for improving productivity
- Coordinate with other disciplines internally and externally with clients and authorities
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure
clarity of project requirements and expectations.
- Improve company profile and advise on marketing graphics.
Key Duties:
- Lead the preparation and assessment of tender bids for events projects in Qatar such
as Qatar Airways, Ministry of Education, and Katara Hospitality.
- Providing concept designs to 3D renderings and CAD drafting shops drawings.
- Preparing a project timeline schedule.
- Documents and drawings presentations using adobe software’s (InDesign, Illustrator,
and Photoshop).
Key Projects:
- Ramadan Tent - Four Seasons Hotel, Doha.
- Conference Stage Designs for Microsoft and Qatar Airways.
- Gala Dinner for Qatar Airways event.
- Booth Designs for ASTAD and Qatar Airways for different events.
Key Duties:
- Support the technical team in the urban planning department.
- Modify and review technical drawings for landscape department projects using
AutoCAD software.
- Providing 3D renders for some projects using 3Ds max and Photoshop for editing.
