Responsible for promoting the bank's different products through tailoring packages according to the client's needs (opening new accounts, issuing debit & credit cards, providing loans, issuing saving certificates & opening time deposits) in addition to preparing monthly reports & handling clients complaints.
Responsible for checking in & out guests, exchanging currencies according to the daily rates, accepting deposits from travel agencies for future reservations (dealing with cash in addition to our cash float), maintaining records & correspondences and handling telephone calls.
Responsible for administrative management of construction site office including word processing, filing, maintaining records and correspondence, receiving and distributing mail, handling telephone calls and coordinating with the office machine suppliers (photocopiers, computers, printers and facsimile).
