Direct the human resources division, with focus on Bahrain operations. Manage HR budget of $530, 000. Engaged in hiring, training and labor relations for 100-employee organization. Participate in recruitment, on-boarding, and exit interviewing efforts. Conduct new employee orientations, pre-employment tests and reference checks. Facilitate organizational training and development efforts. Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from database. Conduct audits of various payrolls, benefits and other HR programs and recommend corrective actions. Schedule meetings and interviews and assist in administering various employee benefit programs.
•Work in partnership with the senior management team to develop and implement a people plan which influences strategy enabling the achievement of functional objectives and overall business success.
•Create and maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, Employee Relations, and specialty HR Operations teams
•Lead and influence change at a strategic level working in partnership with senior management to plan & support the implementation of on-going organizational development
•Work closely with cross functional teams to build critical functional capabilities to enable the business areas to deliver against their plans
•Effectively coordinate and managed entire employment life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, benefits, training, termination, and payroll administration.
•Executed new employee orientation and onboarding program that reduced onboarding time from three weeks to one week and ensured speedy adjustment to company policies and culture.
•Initiated and launched diversity and inclusion project plan for Bahrain & Qatar operations

•Achieved 25% increase in Behavioral Based Safety Health & Environment (BBSHE) reporting by successfully enhancing safety culture within organization.
