Working on improving the operational flow and system in Betna Residential & projects divisions.
Ensuring standardization of forms and system in all residential offices.
Supervising all the Residential Real Estate Coordinators, Corporate Coordinators and Operation Officers and carrying out weekly meetings with them and submit reports to the Sales Director.
Provide newly hired Real Estate Coordinators with workshops needed during their training.
Receive and revise daily, weekly and monthly reporting from Residential offices and alternatively provide feedback to the franchise support department of Egypt with regards to those reports.
Act as the core link between all company departments and the Residential branches.
Coordinating between the Residential branches and other departments in terms of common requests such as new ideas to the marketing department, recruitment plans and Candidate profile from the HR and follow up on achieved tasks.
Working on standard presentations and forms for Agents and Managers to use.
Preparing and organizing Residential meetings and monthly committee.
Attending Residential sales meeting and giving presentation in the form of tips in the core of the Residential business to Sales Agents and Real estate Coordinators.
Branch visits to evaluate Real Estate Coordinators performance and compile them with appraisals to result in a combined performance report.
Preparing Agents monthly and quarterly performance reports to discuss with the Director and the managers.
Being part of a team to start up new potential Residential offices.
Being part of teams responsible to work on specific projects (example: SODIC, CFC), Compile and present complete proposals to those projects as well as follow up on involved team members on the status of each project.
Providing a wide range of insurance products and services to potential customers.

Presenting all kinds of managerial assistance within a team work to help enhancing the quality of the knowledge and services provided by its’ members.

Achieving the sales targets set for the assigned branch through motivating and coaching the bank's account officers to maximize sales to bank clients.
Individual sales effort by identifying the prospective clients, their needs and the possible promoting solutions based on the company's products.
Ensure that clients fulfill all needed documents and medical examinations and that all the documents are properly submitted to operation department in the company.
Coordinating with the operation dep. to ensure the prompt of operations' activities in issuance of the policies and claims settlement and provide all needed information for the purpose.
Following up to ensure the delivery of the policies to the clients and handling all customer problems and complains.
Ensure efficiency after sales service and maintaining a high focus on long term customer satisfaction to maximize persistency.
Following up on the clients' timely premiums’ payments, renewal or cancellations of the policies.
Continuously updating the market and competition knowledge to expand market penetration.
Continuously building and developing the network of contacts and sources of leads.
Presenting periodical activity reports including sales, Non-delivered, Collection and the regeneration reports.
Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the bank's staff and continuously motivate them to enhance sales results.
Supporting the insurance coordinator in training new team members and the bank assurance department in any other task/project as needed.
