SME Gatherer:
-Manage growth of business by managing a stack of 150 clients and transitioning them into loyal customers of Bayt.com.
-Understand customers' line of business, current and long term recruitment requirements and process.
-Up sell various bayt.com solutions based on client requirements.
-Activities include telephonic calls and physical meetings with clients, conducting presentations, training clients on system, assisting clients with shortlisting for candidates, assisting clients with initial interviewing stage .
-Train new joiners on bayt.com products and services, sales cycle.
-Coordinate and conduct internal team trainings.
SME Hunter:
- Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling our recruitment products & services.
- Initiate and develop a strong relationship with companies who have recruitment needs.
- Effectively manage business through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
- Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
- Give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
- Prepare proposal or agreements to complete sales.
