Dulsco is a UAE based Services Sector leader. It provides 13, 000 outsourced and permanent staff (all levels)
into 2, 500 businesses across major sectors, including O&G, Aviation, Ports and Technology. Its
environmental solutions drive sustainable circular economy practices into communities and businesses,
investing in the facilities necessary to process and reinvent waste (recycle, reuse, repurpose).
Accountable for Dulsco’s Commercial strategy, budget and P&L, working directly to the

Led the commercial team to achieve double-digit, year-on-year operating profit growth from 2015-
2017.
Devised a business strategy aligned to threat vectors, revising service lines and forming the structures
necessary to create a positive impact on business growth. Reinforced core focus, applied business
strengths and enabled support to be directed where it was needed, resulting in exceeding budget by
10% in 2015 and allowing for the retention and growth of a services pillar - Ordnance Management -
previously marked for divestment.

Created and managed the UKSF Afghanistan operational campaign strategy in 2008, working with
international partners and local leaders to align strategic factors and transform independent operating
business units into a centrally driven, agile and systemic, multi-layered security force. Centralised
supporting assets, creating a business forum and processes to prioritise operations and allocate
resources. Programme managed the complex operations matrix, successfully optimising joint strategic
effect. This was retained as the long-term operating model for UKSF operations in South Asia.
