Key Responsibilities: preparing design concept proposals for RTA projects to meet Buildings & Facilities Dept.objectives with end user requirements.
Preparing Tender documents, design, working drawings, specifications, presentations and BOQs.
Managing & coordinating with junior designers and 3D visualizers; and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Retailcorp: Oversees Mall tenants fitout requirements; manage all design submissions & approvals, initiating the design development process and preparing LODs drawings
Coordinate and follow up day to day basis with 112 tenants of the new Dragon Mart 2 Mall including anchor tenants “Geant “ and “Novo Cinemas”

Key Responsibilities
•Preparing concept designs with all the required research
•Preparing all proposed layouts (as per the clients requirements)
•Preparing Presentation with the Sample or Mood Board
•Visiting Showrooms and Suppliers to select furniture & material (FF&E)
•Preparing the Interior and Furniture Bill of Quantities
•Attending client development meetings
•Pre-site visit with Project Manager or Supervisor for inspection
•Reviewing and checking all the submitted and required construction drawings, details, project program and tender documents.
•Coordinating with the appointed contractor for drawings and supervision of the project

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinating with the Projects Department for drawings and supervision of the project for any technical issues at site

Key Responsibilities
•Managing and preparing all design developments from concept and space planning,
to presentations of 3D images
•Preparing RFP "Request for Proposal" with all the technical specifications in order to
release a tender.
•Coordinating with Procurement Dept. to release and open tenders for the fit-out works
and furniture from the approved list of contractors and suppliers by DHCC, and preparing
the technical comparison for the final selection of the contractor/supplier
•Reviewing all necessary drawings for the healthcare facilities prepared by the
selected contractor like layouts, sections and shop drawings for CPQ approvals
•Coordinating with the Sales Department for new customers and getting the proper
design briefing for the project
•Meeting with the client to have all the necessary information and requirements for the
project
•Identify and learn about new suppliers and products related to
specifications, implementation and cost in the market

•Head of Design Dept. with seven Designers
•Delegating the jobs in hand to the designers
•Coordinating with the Sales Dept. for the new leads and getting the proper design briefing for the projects (commercial)
•Attending client development meetings
•Pre-site visit with Project Manager or Supervisor for inspection & collecting all the necessary information
•Supervising the designers that the Process of all the necessary drawings, bill of quantities and presentations like sample boards and 3D shots are properly done and on time.
•Reviewing and checking all the submitted and required construction drawings, details, project program and tender documents.
•Coordinating with the suppliers for the prices and stock availability for any new product in the market
•Arranging for product training through seminars and visits to the suppliers and sub-contractors for all the design team
•Coordinating with the Projects Department for drawings and supervision of the project for any technical issues at site

-Library In-Charge - Updating the catalogs and product swatches
-Supervising the installations at site
