Consulting services in a QA/QC related issues for different projects in Kazakhstan.

 Assist the site manager in the implementation of environmental health and safety policies and procedures at the site.
 Ensure compliance with national, regional, and local regulations pertaining to environmental safety and handle contact with appropriate government agencies.
 Organise training programs for employees in areas such as general safety awareness, emergency response, and life safety.
 Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where health and safety hazards exist.
 Ensuring health and safety of Invensys employees and visitors at the site
 Working with other functions (facilities, security, etc.) to address site health and safety risks
 Developing and maintaining required regulatory documents/records
 Gathering EHSS data and reporting safety metrics/statistics and entering them, in the EHSS Decision Support System (DSS) in a timely manner and within the monthly reporting close date
 Promoting a safety culture at the site through ongoing training and communication of EHSS issues/programs
 Providing other EHSS support as requested by the site manager and the IOM EHSS function
 Manages the Quality Management System and liaises with assessment bodies to ensure ongoing certification to ISO9001: 2008
 Liaises with customers' auditors on behalf of Invensys.
 Plans and carries out formal internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance to the ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management system and to identify corrective actions and enhancements to the current processes.
 Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining quality programmes for the business unit.
 Records and maintains data for performance analysis, corrective actions and auditing purposes. Prepares periodic reports that identify trends, accomplishments, areas needing attention and any information related to quality issues.
 Monitors NCR and corrective action plans to ensure satisfactory closure.

To manage all aspects of Quality Control / Quality Assurance in Weatherford operations base(s) within Mangystau region in Kazakhstan. The role includes development, rollout, implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System (as part of Integrated Management System - IMS), the resolution of quality related problems and incidents for ensuring that prompt and effective action is taken to rectify such problems, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with customer specific and Kazakhstan regulatory requirements.

2. Ability to understand functions in the Thru Tubing Tool Technicians’ description.
3. Ability to handle all & understand all functions in the Thru Tubing Tool Coordinators’ description.
4. Continue resp. join PL training to expand resp. gain knowledge and experience of Weatherford Thru Tubing Services.
5. Organize and control required training of Thru Tubing Personal in cooperation with PLM and Global PL Training Group.
6. Prepare job programs & procedures to perform Thru Tubing operations providing instruction & solutions to customers - controlled and approved by PLS/ PLM.
7. Assist PLM as well as BD quoting & pricing Thru Tubing Services to the customer.
8. Promote sales/ development of Thru Tubing Services in cooperation with PLM & PLS - PL Business Development.
9. Reviewing frequently existing work instructions & procedures - prepare updates as necessary.
10. Advise Coordinators on QA/QC related issues and control equipment certification.
11. Raise and administrate CPAR/ NCR once required.
12. Attend all Thru Tubing related Weatherford technical training in order to stay up to date with the product line development.
13. Stay up to date with product alerts, product updates or new developments - implement & force changes of work processes and procedures if necessary in cooperation with PLS
14. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
15. Must understand & comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Main Functions include, but not limited:

• Perform all required support analysis for product line; for example: Tube Moves, Envelope Calculations, PSI ratings, Burst and Collapse, etc. in order to design the proper application that fits the customers requirements.
• Network with Customer Service and the warehouse to obtain equipment availability and cost information. Be familiar with internal systems to prepare price quotes and job orders.
• Modify/edit the appropriate procedures to fit the desired customer application.
• Locate the drawing in the library and submit for CAD/Hookup drawing with the appropriate outline.
• Support sales personnel by designing hook up drawings (VISIO) to meet customer requests.
• Ensure deadlines are met for assigned projects.

• Assist with trouble jobs by gathering post-job information from operations. Organize and assemble post-job review material including “as run” drawings.
• Complete “on call” and weekend administrative duties as required.
• Maintain and develop up to date product knowledge, software skills, and data interpretation.
• Attend BOT training programs as needed.
• Complete offshore assignments as required.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with sales, operations, manufacturing, and customer service personnel to ensure rapid turn around on proposals.
• Network with engineering or AEG regarding best practices when necessary to facilitate proposal production.

 Undertaking a pro-active Business Development role to further the company business interests;
 Supporting the Projects Manager or Business Development Manager in any interface with relevant Kazakh official government or legal bodies to ensure all registrations permits or approvals are established and maintained;
 Providing the focal point for Client personnel or relevant bodies and ensure the effective flow of information as required;
 Interfacing with the company support services and administrative services to ensure proper management control is maintained;
 Administering personnel recruitment including trade testing, inductions, work scope pre-briefings, etc. of the company labour force;
 Assisting the HR/Personnel Dprt in the coordinating of personnel logistics;
 Assisting the Asset/Logistics Dprt in the coordinating of plant materials and consumables mobilizations to service relevant project requirements;
 Operating as Document Controller for office per company QA procedures;
 Control of office IT hardware phones and equipment and interface with IT and phone service providers;
 Assisting in developing company presentations & brochures or articles;
 Organizing and participating in company events and client entertainments;
 Organizing and requisitioning company promotional materials;
 Providing accurate and timely reports and information as required;
 Developing and maintaining close working relationships with local authorities and clients to ensure delivery of the company services;
 Supporting the Project Manager or Business Development Manager to ensure compliance to the various company Management Systems;
 Participating in audits to monitor the compliance with the various Management Systems;
